At Soy Happy we value all of our customers and our aim is to give a positive customer experience. However, we are required to have terms and conditions which are detailed below. By reading this you accept all Terms & Conditions stated here. If you do not agree then you should navigate away from this domain.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning or prior notification. You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

DATA PROTECTION

Soy Happy will respect customer privacy at all times and we will never share your information with a third party. Your confidence is guaranteed.

DATA COLLECTION

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

We may use your personal information:

  • To process your order

  • To send you information about our special offer, promotions and updates

  • To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales

YOUR ORDER

Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.

It can take up to 7 working days to create and process your order. You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made via PayPal in their secure environment or via an alternative arrangement that should be agreed in advance. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. Paypal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf. Payments can also be made via debit/credit card via wix payments direct through the website, wix accepts most major credit/debit cards. Order requests will only be accepted should the payment transaction be completed with full payment. Non-payments will result in order cancellation. No compensation will be offered for any payment fail situation.

 
DELIVERY

Soy Happy use several different types of postal service providers, including the Royal Mail. For international customers, we will utilise the services of the most cost effective service provider and this may be negotiated between us. However, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

It can take up to 7 working days to create and process your order. You will receive and email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched. Your chosen delivery method will be on your email that you receive from us.

If it has surpassed the 7 working days from the point of order – please contact us as soon as possible. The tracking available to us as a company via the courier is only live for 3 months. If this has expired and you have failed to contact us within the 3 month time frame then we will be unable to assist you in your enquiry any further.

DAMAGED GOODS

At Soy Happy, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on every item prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. You may contact us via our email address soyxhappy@hotmail.com. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact. When you contact us, please ensure you provide your order reference number and contact details. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems. Should your items be badly damaged please contact us straight away.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your customer experience is very important to us and we want to make sure that your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
